If you receive a shipment that some of the products are factory defectives, meaning that they are defective out of the box, we may ask you to return it to us for exchange. Once we receive the defective items, we will check them and will either repair or exchange them. We will only exchange unused defectives that were not damaged by improper usage or during transportation - based on our examination and decision. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to check and exchange the defective products. Shipping charge is not refundable under any circumstances and the buyer is responsible to arrange shipping the defective products back to us for exchange. There is a 5% allowance deductible for the first 5% of defective products.
