Spare parts: We believe that our relationship with our customers does not end once you received your order, and we take great pride in being one of the few vendors that also have spare parts. We regularly keep an inventory on most spare parts, if you need a special parts please contact us and we will try to assist you. Keep in mind that shipping costs are determined by weight in 1lb. increments, so you might want to add some parts to your item when you purchase it, or group several parts together.
Shipping: We usually ship within 3 business days We use fulfillment companies to handle our shipping. Some of the orders are shipped from Los Angeles, some from Miami and some directly from China. When shipping from China we use EMS EXPRESS, so you get your items FAST! In any case the shipping price is flat rate so even if we ship it by air we will not charge you any extra.
International customers: International customers are welcome! Please ask for shipping quote before you place your order. Buyer is responsible for all duties/ taxes/ charges/ customs you country may apply.
Returns: We will gladly accept returns, giving you a choice between a store credit or a replacement (depending on inventory status). However we have a few requirements:
1.You must notify us before you send the item back and get a RAN.
2.Item must be sent back to the location from which it was sent.
3.Item must be postmarked no later than 3 days after you received it.
4.Item must be returned UNUSED, with the original box and packing materials used.
5.In any case shipping and handling charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the credit.
6.You are responsible for any and all return shipping charges.
